REBORN Bundle

$234.00 USD $315.00 USD -25%
Third-party tested COA available ≥99% purity

The REBORN Bundle is a three-vial multi-angle research stack: Retatrutide 12 mg, GHK-Cu 50 mg and Melanotan II 10 mg — metabolic, skin and melanocortin research tools, at 10% off the individual vial prices.

Retatrutide is a triple GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptor agonist that produced substantial, dose-dependent weight reduction in a phase 2 trial[1]. GHK-Cu is the copper complex of a naturally occurring tripeptide, studied in skin-regeneration research[3]. Melanotan II is a synthetic melanocortin-receptor agonist used as a pharmacological tool in melanocortin research[5].

Each vial is supplied as a lyophilized powder for reconstitution, and each compound has its own lot-specific third-party certificate of analysis, available on request. Findings above come from preclinical and clinical research on these molecules and are provided as scientific reference for laboratory research only.

Multi-Angle Research Stack

Three Vials, Three Research Angles

The REBORN Bundle covers three distinct research angles in one set. Retatrutide is a triple GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptor agonist, taken from discovery to clinical proof of concept in the published literature[2]. GHK-Cu is the copper complex of a naturally occurring tripeptide, studied as a modulator of multiple cellular pathways in skin-regeneration research[3]. Melanotan II is a synthetic melanocortin-receptor agonist used as a pharmacological tool across melanocortin research[5].

  • Metabolic, skin and melanocortin research in one set
  • Retatrutide — triple GIP/GLP-1/glucagon agonist
  • GHK-Cu — copper tripeptide, skin and remodelling research
  • Melanotan II — melanocortin-receptor research peptide
  • Lot-specific third-party COA for each compound

Inside the Bundle

What's in the Stack

The bundle ships as three separate lyophilized vials: Retatrutide 12 mg, GHK-Cu 50 mg and Melanotan II 10 mg. Each works through a different pharmacological route: retatrutide engages three metabolic receptors at once — in a phase 2 trial it produced substantial, dose-dependent weight reduction in adults with obesity[1] — while GHK-Cu works through copper-peptide chemistry[3] and Melanotan II through melanocortin receptors[5].

  • Retatrutide — 12 mg lyophilized vial
  • GHK-Cu — 50 mg lyophilized vial
  • Melanotan II — 10 mg lyophilized vial
  • Incretin + copper-peptide + melanocortin coverage
  • 10% saving versus buying the three vials separately

Research Applications

Areas of Scientific Investigation

Each compound carries its own line of evidence: retatrutide improved glycaemic control and reduced body weight in a randomised phase 2 trial in type 2 diabetes[6]; GHK-Cu transiently improved healing outcome in a rat model of ACL reconstruction[4]; and melanocortin-receptor agonism was studied in rodent appetite models with Melanotan II[7]. No published study evaluates the three compounds in combination; researchers using them side by side are combining independent lines of evidence.

  • Incretin and glucagon-receptor signalling research
  • Skin-regeneration and remodelling research
  • Melanocortin-receptor and pigmentation research
  • Appetite-signalling and energy-balance models

Research Overview

Understanding the Reborn Stack: Mechanism of Action

Retatrutide is a single molecule engaging three receptors: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon. Its pharmacology was taken from discovery to clinical proof of concept in 2022[2]; in a phase 2 trial it produced substantial, dose-dependent weight reduction in adults with obesity[1], and it improved glycaemic control in a randomised phase 2 trial in type 2 diabetes[6].

GHK-Cu is the copper complex of glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, a tripeptide naturally present in human plasma. It has been studied as a modulator of multiple cellular pathways in skin regeneration — collagen synthesis, remodelling and antioxidant defence[3] — and, in a rat model of ACL reconstruction, transiently improved healing outcome[4].

Melanotan II is a cyclic synthetic analogue of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone that activates melanocortin receptors. It is used as a pharmacological scaffold in melanocortin-receptor research[5], and in rodent models melanocortin-receptor agonism with Melanotan II decreased appetitive responding for food[7].

Together, the three vials give researchers three independent pharmacological axes: incretin/glucagon receptor signalling (retatrutide), copper-peptide chemistry (GHK-Cu) and melanocortin receptor signalling (Melanotan II). Each is supported by its own line of evidence; no published study evaluates the combination itself. These materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research use.
