6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimePeptide Laboratories Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use our products
• Any errors or omissions in product information
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or data
• Any interruption or cessation of services

7. Severability

If any provision of this Waiver Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

This Waiver Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
