Refund and Returns Policy

1. Shipping Methods

At PrimePeptide Laboratories Inc., we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Free Upgrades: Each day, we randomly select a number of customers to receive a complimentary shipping upgrade at no additional cost.

2. Processing & Cutoff Times

We offer same business-day shipping for orders that meet the following cutoff times:

  • Standard Orders: Placed before 1:00 PM EST (Miami time), Monday through Friday
  • Priority Processing Orders: Placed before 2:00 PM EST (Miami time), Monday through Friday

Orders placed after the cutoff time or during weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

⚠️ Note: We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. All orders are processed Monday through Friday only.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (FedEx or UPS).

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact us at support@primelabpeptides.com.

4. Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at support@primelabpeptides.com.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled once placed.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (research-grade materials), we have a strict refund policy:

  • Orders not yet shipped: Full refund available upon request
  • Orders already shipped or delivered: No refunds available

⚠️ Important: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to process refunds. This policy exists due to the sensitive nature of research materials, which cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility.

Refund requests for eligible orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days once approved.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly at support@primelabpeptides.com before initiating any dispute or chargeback with their bank or credit card company.

In the event of a payment dispute, we will provide all relevant documentation to the financial institution, including:

  • Proof of delivery and tracking information
  • Order confirmation and transaction records
  • Communication history
  • Terms of Service and Refund Policy acceptance at checkout

For bulk orders or custom research material requests, please contact us. Our team will be happy to assist with special requests and tailored solutions for your research needs.
