Any implication or indication of such use may result in the immediate cancellation of your order.
04. What Size Vials Do Your Peptides Come In?
All peptides are packaged in 3ml sterile glass vials.
An exception applies to Glutathione, which is supplied in a 10ml glass vial.
05. How Do I Store Lyophilized Peptides?
For maximum shelf life, lyophilized peptides should be stored in the refrigerator or freezer prior to reconstitution.
When stored properly, they can remain stable for several years.
06. How Do I Store Reconstituted Peptides?
Once reconstituted, peptides should be kept in the refrigerator and used within a research-appropriate timeframe.
07. Do You Use Fillers or Stabilizers in Your Peptides?
Yes. Most peptides include Mannitol, a sugar-based stabilizer, to support peptide integrity and stability.
08. How Do I Store Bacteriostatic Water?
Store bacteriostatic water in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
It should never be refrigerated or frozen.
09. What Is the Best Temperature for My Products When I’m Ready to Conduct Research?
Both peptides and bacteriostatic water should be brought to room temperature before use in any experimental setup.
10. How Do I Mix My Lyophilized Peptides?
Remove the colored cap from the vial.
Using a sterile syringe, slowly add bacteriostatic water to the vial.
The volume of water used is determined by the researcher, based on protocol and concentration needs.
11. What Are Research Peptides Used For?
Peptides are commonly used in biochemical and molecular biology research.
They play a vital role in applications such as protein purification, protein modification, and binding interaction studies.
Prime Lab Peptides is a research-only supplier. Our products are intended for trained professionals only, and we do not provide usage instructions.
12. Is There a Certificate of Analysis (COA) or Purity Rating for My Peptide?
Yes. Each peptide includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA), accessible from the product page on our website.
You can match the batch number printed on your vial with the COA to view product-specific quality data.
13. Are Your Products Laboratory Tested?
Yes. Each batch is laboratory tested for purity, often by multiple independent labs.
Test results (COAs) are published directly on each product page.
If you wish to test your product, you may do so through any licensed HPLC testing facility.
If a product fails testing, we will refund your order in full, including shipping.
14. Do You Print Batch Numbers On Your Viles?
Yes. Each peptide vial includes a batch number printed on the label, which directly corresponds to the COA available on the product page.
This allows you to verify the specific analysis and purity data for your product.
15. My Reconstituted Peptide Is Not Drawing From the Vial — What Should I Do?
Our peptides are vacuum sealed, which can sometimes make extraction difficult.
Inject a small amount of air into the vial before drawing your solution. This relieves the vacuum pressure and allows easier withdrawal.
16. Technical NAD+ Information
All NAD+ kits include an empty 10ml glass vial.
Reconstitution steps:
1. Ensure both NAD+ and bacteriostatic water are at room temperature.
2. Mix 2ml of bacteriostatic water with your NAD+ vial.
3. Transfer the solution into the 10ml empty vial.
4. Add 8ml more bacteriostatic water to the 10ml vial.
5. Shake until fully dissolved and store in the refrigerator.
💡 Note: Solubility of NAD+ is ~50mg/ml. Proper reconstitution requires at least 10ml of liquid.
We highly recommend using Hospira brand bacteriostatic water and the provided vial for best results.
If crystallization occurs, you may gently warm and shake the vial to dissolve the contents.
17. Technical AOD-9604 Information

We recommend using acetic acid to reconstitute AOD-9604 in order to prevent gelling.
If gelling occurs, you can gently warm the vial with your hands.
Mixing Instructions:
1. Add 1.6ml of bacteriostatic water to the AOD-9604 vial.
2. Add 0.4ml of acetic acid.
3. Gently shake or swirl.
4. Store in the refrigerator.
