Products & Storage
All peptides are packaged in 3ml glass vials.
An exception applies to NAD+, which is supplied in a 10ml glass vial.
Our products are research reagents and have not been tested for safety or efficacy in any application other than in-vitro laboratory research.
For maximum shelf life, lyophilized peptides should be stored in the refrigerator or freezer prior to reconstitution.
When stored properly, they can remain stable for several years.
Once reconstituted, peptides should be kept in the refrigerator and used within a research-appropriate timeframe based on your laboratory protocols.
Store bacteriostatic water in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
It should never be refrigerated or frozen.
Both peptides and bacteriostatic water should be brought to room temperature before use in any experimental setup.

You can match the batch number printed on your vial with the COA to view product-specific quality data.
Yes. Each batch is laboratory tested for purity, often by multiple independent labs.
Test results (COAs) are published directly on each product page.
If you wish to independently verify your product, you may do so through any licensed HPLC testing facility.
Purity Guarantee: If a product fails independent testing, we will refund your order in full, including shipping costs.

Shipping & Delivery
Prime Lab Peptides ships with FedEx for most U.S. orders and UPS for Florida deliveries.
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders:
- Continental U.S. (excluding Florida): FedEx 3-Day Air (free)
- Florida: UPS Ground (free)
Each day, we randomly select customers to receive complimentary shipping upgrades at no additional cost.
Once your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number and updates every step of the way.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Standard Orders: Placed before 1:00 PM EST ship the same day
- Priority Processing Orders: Placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day
Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day.
During sales or high-volume periods, processing time may extend by 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Yes. We place a high value on your privacy.
Orders are shipped in plain FedEx or UPS packaging, with no indication of contents.
The return address will appear as "SHIPPING MANAGER", without any reference to peptides or research materials.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Step 1: Double-check around your property and ask neighbors or household members
- Step 2: Contact your local carrier facility (FedEx: 1-800-463-3339)
- Step 3: File a missing package claim directly with the carrier
- Step 4: Send us the claim number so our team can assist with a reshipment

If you contact us before the shipment has gone out, we will do our best to update your shipping address.

If you forgot to apply a discount code, you must contact us by email within 30 minutes of placing your order.
As a one-time courtesy, we may offer the discount amount as store credit only.
No refunds or adjustments will be issued to your original payment method.
We do not honor sale prices outside of the advertised sale period.
Sales occur monthly — be sure to subscribe to our email list and SMS updates to avoid missing the next one.
We do not offer bulk discounts due to the potential for resale of our products, which we strictly prohibit.

Returns & Refunds
Although rare, errors can happen.
If you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item(s).
We will ship the correct item(s) the same or next business day.
A photo is required to process a reshipment.
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials:
- Orders not yet shipped: Full refund available upon request
- Orders already shipped or delivered: No refunds available
We offer free replacements for items that are damaged during shipping. If your item arrived damaged, please send us a photo so we can ship a replacement right away.
Important: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to process refunds. This policy exists due to the nature of research materials, which cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility.
Due to the sensitive nature of our research materials, all sales are final once shipped.
- Orders not yet shipped: Can be cancelled for a full refund
- Orders already shipped or delivered: No returns, exchanges, or refunds
